Fresh From the Farm

Goat Milk?

Alcea Rosea Farm produces fresh batches of soap from goat milk and essential oils. This mega-moisturizing soap has a rich golden color and a homespun texture. It's made by hand in Templeton, California and carried at the Southern California cult beauty store Beautyhabit.com, a haven for celebrities and hip L.A. ladies. You can also order it straight from the makers. The lemongrass scent is our fave.

Kansas Dreaming: While we're on the topic of things from the countryside, footwear from that ultimate "farm girl," Dorothy in the "Wizard of Oz," is having a moment. Glitter shoes in every shape and size = oodles of fun. Check out this sparkly pair by Betsey Johnson.
